What's the difference between Gilbert Arenas and Chad Ochocinco? Ochocinco has at least accomplished something -- anything -- in his respective sport, whereas Mr. Arenas has been all talk. Is Gilbert a great player? Sure, but for $111 million, he hasn't nearly delivered on what he was supposed to. There is no excuse having a $111 million superstar and two additional All-Stars without even sniffing .500 -- either the coach and the GM should be fired on the spot, or Arenas has to go... or maybe both. They have the ninth highest payroll in the entire league, and are only behind the Celtics, Knicks, Magic and Cavaliers for the highest payroll in the Eastern Conference.

Last night, the Wizards put their futility in the record books. With a three-point loss to the Sacramento Kings, the Wizards have now lost six consecutive games by four points or less -- tying the 1976-77 Phoenix Suns for the most ever. On Friday they play at Golden State and will look to extend it to seven straight games. Whether the Wizards win or not is irrelevent; all that matters is that that game is guaranteed to be close, since the Wizards' last six decisions have been by four points or less and since the Warriors are incapable of silencing anyone decisively.
