That graphic is truly awful.

The points for/points against shouldn’t be on the same line — they’re almost impossible to compare with the eye in the state they’re in. New Orleans appears vastly superior to Indianapolis at first glance because their “points for” are so much higher, but the overall ratio of the two is lower than Indy’s, and the graphic should relay that information.

Sad

This gives the MLB a good reason to not produce a salary cap, the NFL has one and there isn’t too much parity.

Not as bad as it looks, I think

Those are hardly huge markets in the winners column and I imagine it’s easier to sell that well-run teams can win year to year consistently under a salary cap than no matter how well (or poorly) you run your team, you can’t break away from the pack.

Rams, Browns, and Raiders

All have an outside chance at the fewest points in a 16-game season, don’t they?

I think it’s telling that the Broncos are the only winning team that doesn’t have a glaring disparity between points and points allowed.
